Meet the mother behind Mom’s Meditations

I’ve learned that what happens inside us shapes everything around us. Our thoughts and feelings can help us—or hold us back. Meditation has always helped me feel calm and steady.

When I found out I was pregnant in 2024, I felt called to go deeper. I worked on letting go of fear, changing unhelpful thoughts, and getting my heart and mind ready for motherhood.

I looked for meditations to help with this, but none felt right. So I made the ones I needed—and now I’m sharing them with you.

In August 2025, I welcomed my sweet son, Luke, after a natural 12-hour birth. He is healthy, doing well, and the reason behind everything I’ve created here.

My hope is that these meditations help you feel calm, confident, and supported—just like they helped me.
